While I was thanking people the other day, I wanted to add another human but was told there wasn’t room on the page. Now, I know better.
The human I want to thank is Emily Cornell du Houx who did all the great illustrations for my book, Nine Lives on the Street. Not only are the drawings great but Emily took the time to show me each one and explain where in the book they’d go. She was very nice. When she’s not illustrating soon-to-be-best-selling books (if you do your part) Emily is a very big deal at the Rhode Island School of Design. Which I understand is a famous design school. Whatever that is.
